Tesselune Privacy Policy

Information handled when you play

Tesselune stores gameplay information locally on your device, including saved games, scores, settings, control preferences, virtual currency, purchased or earned game items, reward availability, and perk timers.

The game does not ask you to provide your name, postal address, contacts, photos, precise location, health information, or a separate Tesselune username and password.

Google services

Tesselune uses services provided by Google LLC. Information handled by those services is subject to your Google settings and Google's Privacy Policy.

• Google Play Games: If you use the optional leaderboards, Google may handle your Play Games player identity and profile information, submitted scores, rankings, device information, and diagnostic information. Tesselune also saves your selected leaderboard region on your device.
• Google AdMob: Optional rewarded ads may involve advertising or device identifiers, IP address and general location inferred from it, device information, ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. Google and participating advertising partners may use this information to provide ads, measure them, prevent fraud, and comply with privacy choices.
• Google User Messaging Platform: Where required, this service presents privacy choices and stores your consent selection so the advertising service can respect it.
• Google Play Billing: Optional purchases are processed by Google Play. Google handles payment details and transaction information. Tesselune receives the product, purchase status, and entitlement information needed to provide or restore what you bought; MacAnUltaigh Games does not receive your full payment-card number.

How information is used

Information is used only as needed to:

• run the game and preserve your progress and preferences;
• submit scores and show leaderboard results when you use Play Games;
• process, provide, and restore purchases;
• show optional rewarded ads and grant the related in-game reward;
• measure ad performance, maintain security, prevent fraud, and diagnose technical problems; and
• honor privacy choices and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and advertising

MacAnUltaigh Games does not sell personal information for money. Google and its advertising partners may collect, process, or share the information described above when providing advertising, Play Games, distribution, billing, security, and technical services for Tesselune. Their own policies govern information they control.

Depending on your location and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. The consent message identifies participating advertising providers and gives eligible users options before ads are requested.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear Tesselune's storage in Android settings or uninstall the game. Google may retain Play Games, advertising, diagnostic, and purchase information according to its policies, your Google account settings, and applicable law.

Because Tesselune does not create a separate publisher-operated account, there is no Tesselune account to delete. You can contact us about information controlled by MacAnUltaigh Games using the email address below.

Your privacy choices

• Use the privacy choices option in Tesselune's settings when it is available to review or change advertising consent.
• Manage ad personalization, Play Games, and other privacy settings through your Google account and Android device.
• Choose whether to use optional rewarded ads, purchases, and leaderboards.
• Clear local game information through Android settings or by uninstalling Tesselune.

Security

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information handled by Tesselune. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children

Tesselune is a general-audience puzzle game and is not designed primarily for children. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to MacAnUltaigh Games. Parents and guardians can contact us with questions or concerns.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Tesselune, its service providers, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page will show when the policy was last revised.
